David Theobald, MS, RN, CSP
President & CEO
Davin Workforce Solutions, Inc.

David is a nurse entrepreneur with over 15 years of healthcare experience, with expertise in staffing challenges and vendor solutions.

A former critical care nurse, he has worked with organizations of all sizes and populations to create innovative solutions that lead to better patient outcomes, and contribute to building a quality, patient-centered workforce.

An advocate for advancing healthcare education, he was the first student to enroll in Empire State College’s Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program. He is a member of Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International and is a graduate of Goldman Sachs' 10,000 Small Businesses program.

Michelle Pyan is the owner of Commercial Investigations LLC (CI). Michelle founded the agency in 2004 and has grown the business with a proactive approach – by setting new standards in the background investigations’ industry.

As President, she is responsible for the strategic direction which assists our multi-industry client base. CI currently does business worldwide with various sized companies, including many non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies.

About Our Partnership

After working together for over 10 years with mutual clients, Dave and Michelle realized a need to manage and streamline the information and process involved in credentialing and background investigations.

Their collaboration grew out of this need and has resulted in the use of technology to streamline and bring together two important pieces involved in this process.

The end result is providing a fully integrated platform to take place of the painstaking process of managing the many elements of credentialing and background investigations.
