Within the past six months we’ve had three individuals claim that the criminal records we revealed on them were the result of identity theft.  Two of the three individuals actually proved it.  Those individuals had to go to the original arresting authority and have their fingerprints and pictures taken.  Then the fingerprints and pictures where compared to those on file in relation to the crime.  Those arresting authorities relayed their findings that the subject was not the same individual convicted of the crime to our clients via official letter.  The third person was not so fortunate.  Stay tuned for more on that person next time.
