We've fielded a lot of questions over the past few months on Article 23-A.  The actual section of the law has not changed.  What has changed is the implementation of additional posting and notice requirements.  To satisfy these requirements employers should post a copy of Article 23-A with their other HR postings and include a copy of Article 23-A with each Background Investigations Consent Form given to applicants to complete.
